Giorgio Ronchi is active in the financial industry with a focus on venture capital and private equity since the early 1990s. He founded the ETF Group and was Chairman of the Board of Teknecomp (now Intek) SpA.
In addition, he held various management positions at different companies within the IT industry. During his career he accomplished one of the biggest management-buy-out operation in the history of the IT industry (acquisition of Memorex through Burroughs Corporation for USD 623m and the acquisition of Telex corporation for USD 1.2billion). Moreover, he was Chairman of the Management Board, President and CEO of Memorex Telex.
Giorgio Ronchi’s main responsibility is to represent RSV Group in Eastern Europe and the Italian market.
Giorgio Ronchi is citizen of Italy and lives in Switzerland.
