Valerij Girman is engineer and lawyer by education. During his work for the Russian foreign trade department he was mainly responsible for Western Europe.
For 20 years he is self-employed and founded several companies focusing on commodity trading between Western and Eastern Europe.
Valerij Girman’s main responsibility is to act as a representative of RSV within the Eastern European countries, especially Russia.
Valerij Girman is citizen of Lithuania and lives there.
